Agreement and eligibility
By using digitallashlegacy.com, purchasing a product, registering for a class or joining a Digital Lash Legacy membership, you agree to these terms and any offer-specific terms shown at enrollment. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement.
Education—not professional advice
Our content is educational and informational. It is not legal, tax, accounting, medical or financial advice. You remain responsible for your business decisions, compliance, client services and results.
Accounts and community conduct
You are responsible for keeping account credentials private. Members must communicate respectfully, protect the privacy of others, refrain from unlawful or disruptive activity and never copy or redistribute another participant’s information. Access may be suspended or terminated for material violations.
Payments and memberships
Prices and billing frequency are disclosed at enrollment. Memberships renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time before the next renewal; cancellation prevents future charges, and access ordinarily continues through the end of the paid billing period. No prorated refunds or credits are provided except where required by law. Additional terms may apply to private coaching or Legacy enrollment.
Intellectual property and license
Digital Lash Legacy content, branding, recordings, templates and training materials are owned by Digital Lash Legacy, LLC or used with permission. Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the materials as described in the offer. You may not reproduce, share, resell, teach from, upload or distribute materials unless an offer expressly includes commercial or master resale rights.
Third-party platforms
Parts of the experience may use Skool, GoHighLevel, Lovable, Zoom, Google Meet and payment or email providers. We are not responsible for third-party availability, policies or changes outside our control.
Disclaimers and limitation
Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific earnings, business growth or results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Lash Legacy, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the website, products or programs.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these terms as our offerings or legal obligations change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
