Notice and consent
Some masterclasses, workshops, calls and community sessions are recorded. Registration materials and the session host will provide notice. By affirmatively consenting and participating in a recorded session, you consent to the recording of your name, voice, image, chat messages and contributions.
Where recordings are shared
Recordings are stored and shared only inside the private Digital Lash Legacy Skool community for eligible members. Digital Lash Legacy does not publish these class recordings or use them for public advertising or marketing.
Protecting privacy
Do not disclose confidential client information, passwords, financial account details, health information or other sensitive personal information during a recorded session. When available, you may submit a sensitive question privately or ask the host whether recording can be paused.
Participant responsibilities
Members may not download, screen-record, copy, repost, distribute or publicly share recordings or another participant’s comments, image or information without written permission.
Questions or withdrawal before participation
If you do not wish to be recorded, contact us before the session to ask about alternatives. Continuing to participate after recording notice and affirmative consent constitutes permission for the uses described above.
