Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, payment and enrollment details, questionnaire responses, class participation, support messages and information you submit through forms or the Lash Income Calculator.
How we use information
We use information to provide memberships, digital products, education and support; process enrollment and payments; send requested class information, worksheets and reminders; maintain our community; improve our offerings; prevent misuse; and meet legal obligations.
Services that support the platform
Information may be processed by service providers used to operate Digital Lash Legacy, including our website host, Skool community, form and automation providers such as GoHighLevel, the Lash Income Calculator hosted through Lovable, Botpress and the AI model providers used through its chat service, email or SMS providers, video-meeting platforms and payment processors. Their handling of information is also governed by their own privacy terms.
AI chat concierge
Our website offers an AI chat concierge called Ms. Lashley Pink through Botpress. Messages you enter, along with limited technical information needed to operate the chat, may be sent to Botpress and its AI service providers to generate a response. The concierge is automated, may make mistakes and does not replace personalized professional advice. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, private client information or other sensitive information through the chat. File uploads and conversation history are disabled in our current website chat settings, but service providers may still process or temporarily retain information as needed to operate, secure and improve their services. Analytics and advertising
We do not currently use advertising pixels or dedicated website analytics tools. If analytics, cookies or advertising technologies are added later, this policy will be updated and any consent choices required by law will be provided.
Class recordings
Some classes may be recorded with notice and consent. Recordings are made available only within the private Digital Lash Legacy Skool community to eligible members and are not published or used for public marketing. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal, financial or client information during a recorded session.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers working on our behalf, when you direct us to, to protect rights or safety, or when required by law. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here and for legal, accounting or security needs.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message and may request access, correction or deletion of information by emailing us. Some information may be retained where legally required. SMS opt-in information is not sold or shared for third-party marketing.
Children
Digital Lash Legacy is intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security and changes
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. We may revise this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The date above will show the latest revision.
